How To Make A Reservation.

  • Check-in & Check-out.

    Check-in time : 3pm.
    Check-out time : 11pm.
    Guests may request an early check-in or a late check-out during the booking process. We do our best to honor such requests, however special accommodations depend on availability and are not guaranteed. These options are available upon request, based upon availability of the room. For late check-outs the following rates are applicable:
    11 am – 2 pm : Free of charge.
    2 pm. – 6 pm : Late check-out fees at 50% of the prevailing rate.
    6 pm onwards : Check-outs later than 6:00pm will be charged 100% the prevailing rate for the full night.

  • Babysitting Service.

    Secure in the knowledge that your children are in excellent hands you can leave your worries behind and once again enjoy some quality time on your own or with your partner. This service is provided up to 8 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Connecting Rooms.

    Requests for connecting rooms should be made upon booking and are subject to availability upon arrival.

  • Credit Card Policy

    We are pleased to accept all major credit cards. According to Indonesian law, settlement by credit card is charged in local currency. The resort takes no responsibility for subsequent exchange rates used by credit card companies after guests' departure. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the resort’s control and may impact the amount charged to a guest's credit card.

  • Currency Policy.

    Please be advised that all room rates and charges are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah. Currency exchange service is available at the resort's reception. We ask that guests please remember to bring along their passports to help facilitate all transactions.

  • Handicapped Facilities.

    Facilities for handicapped travelers, although limited, are available at our resort.

Because if you finds a qualifying, lower price, based on our terms and conditions, elsewhere, we promise to give your first night free and match the rest of their stay to the lower price found.

  • Kids Stay & Eat Free*

    We understand that busy families need relaxing getaways to reconnect and have fun, and we think you shouldn’t have to break the budget on accommodations and dining while on vacations. Therefor as a further demonstration of Holiday Inn’s commitment to helping families save on travel, kids age 12 and under stay for free when sharing their parents’ room. Our another great programm is that at any time of day, up to four kids ages 12 and under eat for free in our on-site restaurants. Our kids menu features fresh and grilled items with a greater emphasis on lean proteins, vegetables and fruit – so you can rest assured, they’ll be eating healthy too.

  • Dietary

    We take the utmost care to ensure that all reasonable dietary and vegetarian requests are accommodated when visiting Holiday Inn Resort. However, due to the nature of our offering we are unable to guarentee that any item will be completely allergen free. We would kindly request 24 hours notice if you have any specific dietary requirments.

  • Non-Smoking Policy.

    The resort is committed to providing guests and associates with an enhanced quality of air and environment by providing 100% non-smoking guest rooms and suites. Designated smoking areas are available in public areas.

  • Pet Policy.

    While we greatly appreciate our guests' four-legged companions, the resort does not accept pets at this time.
